a few observations

1.I strongly dislike the dress. It's somewhat sloppy.

2.I feel as though the chest proportion is a little off.

3.You should have exported the image in a better quality, maybe a png or something.

4.I feel as though the legs are a bit off as well: the right leg should be above the left one according to it's size and shape.

5. Looks a bit odd without lines in the hair, you have them everywhere else.
