constructive criticism

I'll start off with something nice: I like the symbol, except for the star which is a little cliche. You seem alright with the red ribbon too, both the scarf and the bottom of the symbol.

Your faces need work though. Hunter's entire face looks weird: the left eye is lower than the right despite the tilt drawn in the head, I feel as though that is what throws it off entirely. As for Knight, his eyes and nose/mouth are too far apart, and his chin lines exceed his neck. As for dragoon, I feel as though the shape of his eye is strange even compared to the other two. The glasses also seem to have an excessive tilt upwards as well, being the impression I got from the character was that he was staring straight forward.

Everything looks good, but the problem is the character is just so unnaturally positioned, most notably the right hand holding the sniper rifle. Its got detail, but really lacks life

Thats his pants, being weighted down by all that armor they would fall instantly, he the belt isn't much help so he uses hooks to keep it on. Hes an extremely skinny man. So his pants are extremely baggy and he has no underwear, hes a ninja he needs no stinking underwear!
