I just think tghe skull needs a bit more shading it doesn't seem to match the detail from the body: maybe some grays in his face.

the crescent moon is distracting

it seems to be above him at the bottom, but through his hood at the top, especially since I don't see any sort of depth clue in the center of it arching from his back. Its hard to focus on the reaper itself with the overly distracting crescent.

yeah its been said but

legs: slide them to the right(the characters left).

I'd say work on the face too, the eyes seem off even for anime and the bangs(the smaller ones inbetween the bigger ones) seem unnatural.

Your not bad with color though, but you can never be too good.

I agree with how the skeleton hair looks weird, but I agree with you that bald is cliche. I think a tattered hairdo with a few bald spots would have looked better; even if its the same style you already have. I mean take a look, the entire rest of his skeleton side has tattered clothes, but his hair looks healthy.

everything looks good to me except that single lone eye(her right). I think that would have been solved if you brought it down and to the left a bit more. Even if you covered it with hair or something would do.
